Every day when I wake up, I do the same thing.
I get ready for the day, then I eat breakfast, and then read over a list of goals that I wrote out the night before, and then start my day.
I’ve been doing the first two habits for years but the last one I started doing just a little over a week ago, when I started doing the 100 Day Challenge.
And while it’s still too early to tell for me, from what I read, this is what will cause growth in all areas of my life to increase exponentially.
Now I’m not saying that you have to do the same and read your list of goals every morning…BUT it sure could not hurt.
I just want to point out how one little change in your habits can make a huge difference in your life.
What are your morning habits? What about your work habits? Or your habits in your relationships, and with what you eat every day and with what you typically think about?
Your life is all about the little habits that you run every day and guess what…little shifts in your habits can make a HUGE change in your life for the better.
I want you to check out this site as it’s all about the importance of your habits and why you should begin every day with a fast start and build performance momentum as quickly in the day as possible.
If you want a better tomorrow – check this out today!
